Good Samaritan Society seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to plan, organize and deliver PT programs for residents in West Union, IA. You will conduct exams, evaluations, and interventions to aid mobility, reduce pain and prevent deformities. Educate residents and families on plans and home exercises.
Provide documentation per guidelines, collaborate with care teams, and adapt to varying schedules and patient needs. Must maintain licensure and competencies and comply with regulatory requirements.
