Starting Salary: $50,000 – commensurate with experience;

• Provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy (in-person and telehealth)
• Maintain a caseload serving clients ages 5 through older adulthood
• Meet approximately 25–27 billable client hours per week
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Use the agency’s EHR
• Participate in weekly team meetings and case consultation
• Present/facilitate a clinical discussion 1–2 times per year
• Coordinate referrals and connect care management clients with resources
• Assist in promoting JFS behavioral health services
• Other duties as assigned

• Hold a current Louisiana LMSW license
• Be actively working toward LCSW licensure and eligible to complete supervision within approximately six months of hire
• Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality care
• Adhere to the NASW Code of Ethics
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EHR systems
• Comfortable providing in-person and telehealth services
