- Resident Care:
Provide personal, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and other daily living activities. - Daily Tasks:
Assist with organizing, cleaning, laundry, and providing meal support to ensure our residents enjoy a comfortable and fulfilling day. - Medication Management:
After certification, you'll be responsible for preparing and administering medications and assisting with medical treatments under the supervision of the nurse. - Documentation & Communication:
Accurately chart resident interactions and communicate effectively with your team to ensure continuity of care. - Resident Rights:
Uphold residents' rights and dignity, ensuring they are respected in all interactions. - Team Support:
Work collaboratively with your teammates to ensure all residents' needs are met promptly and compassionately.

- Must be at least 18 years old to obtain Medication Manager certification (we’ll help you get certified if needed).
- Strong ability to engage with residents, families, and team members with empathy and tact.
- A commitment to compassionate, high-quality care and service to others.
- Prior direct care experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- A caring, patient, and empathetic individual who enjoys helping others and making a difference in their lives.
- A strong communicator who works well in a team environment.
