Surgical Technician

WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in assisting with surgical procedures, ensuring the proper handling and maintenance of equipment and supplies, and supporting the surgical team to provide high-quality patient care.

• Assists in the day-to-day operations of the department.
• Maintains required clinical knowledge, technical skills, equipment, training, and credentials.
• Adapts to change in a positive constructive manner.
• Ensures cleanliness and/or disinfection of endoscopes while maintaining quality control measures.
• Performs other related duties as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate from an accepted course in surgical technology certification.
• 2 years of experience.
• Certification in Surgical Technology.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good time management skills and ability to be self-directed.
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment.
