Role:

Senior Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on specialty therapeutics such as CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar, or depression.

• lead and develop a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, and retention
• drive sales performance and achieve targets
• build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
• ensure compliance with credentialing requirements

• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years of pharma industry experience with at least 4 years in sales management
• specialty experience in CNS or psychiatry preferred
• proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• valid driver's license with a clean record

• extensive travel up to 75%
• ability to work in start-up or small company settings
• residence near major airport within designated district
• proficiency in Microsoft Office
• familiarity with industry credentialing and regulatory standards
