Option Care Health seeks an entry-level Clinical Pharmacist to provide safe and appropriate pharmacy services in the home infusion setting. You will coordinate with Nursing, monitor patient progress, and educate patients, caregivers, and staff on medication use.
Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with an active license. Exposure to home care, sterile IV admixture, and MTM is preferred. Opportunities for CEU and career growth are offered.
