About the Role:

As a Caregiver with Bright Care Home Care, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care in our clients' homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

• Mobility and transfer assistance

• Light housekeeping and meal prep

• Companionship and emotional support

• Caring for seniors and individuals with disabilities with dignity and respect

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional caregiving experience

• CNA, HHA, or experienced caregiver

• A positive attitude and genuine heart for service

• Strong work ethic – reliable, punctual, consistent

• Proven history of showing up on time and not calling out

• Ability to provide compassionate care in a home setting

• Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
