About the Role:

As a Caregiver (Full-Time), you will be responsible for providing personalized care services to our clients, including:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Helping with mobility and transfers
• Providing companionship and social interaction
• Managing medication and treatments
• Maintaining a safe and clean living environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized care plans for each client
• Provide one-on-one care to clients, tailoring services to their unique needs and preferences
• Monitor and report on client condition, progress, and any changes or concerns
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client services and care
