We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Housekeeping Staff at Ridgecrest Community Care Center
. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table:
Essential

Qualifications:

  • · Dust wall vents, handrails, ceiling fans, baseboards, furniture and blinds.
  • · Vacuum, spot clean and shampoo carpets and furniture as needed.
  • · Sweep and mop floors.
  • · Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring that all paper goods and soap dispensers are stocked adequately.
  • · Check for and remove marks from walls.
  • · Empty trash cans in resident apartments/suites and common areas.
  • · Follow proper cleaning and infection control policies and procedures.
  • · Document provision of services in accordance with Company policy.
  • · Report any hazards, violations, or sanitation issues to the Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping.
  • · Work collaboratively with peers and other team members to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all residents.
  • · Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, particularly when interacting with residents and their families.
  • · Communicate with residents, family members and guests in a respectful, diplomatic manner. Collaborate with associates in other departments to ensure that resident needs are being met appropriately.
Requirements The Ideal Candidate:
  • · High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • · Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
  • · Possess an affinity for working with seniors.
  • · Professional and neat appearance and presentation, including adherence to the dress code and good personal hygiene.
  • · Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
