Compensation:

Salary: $118k-$120k per year based on experience

$10k sign on bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide hands-on therapy and oversee PTA interventions

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team

Mentor and guide therapy staff

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy

Current Physical Therapist ( PT ) certification in the state of Louisiana

2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)

Strong clinical and leadership skills

Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
