Equity Staffing Group is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join a healthcare team in New Orleans, LA. This position is ideal for an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in patient access, scheduling, and customer service.

Patient Service Representative

Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM-2:00 PM

• Check patients in and out of the clinic.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient questions and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collect patient payments as required.
• Provide professional and compassionate customer service.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow applicable compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with medical providers and clinical staff.
• Assist with general administrative and front-office responsibilities.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical field required.
• Previous Patient Access Representative and patient scheduling experience required.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple front-office responsibilities.
• No professional license required.
• TB screening and CPR certification required.
