Insurance Biller

Day/

Hours:

Full-Time – 40 hours – Monday through Friday

Summary: Help keep the billing process moving by submitting, tracking, and resolving insurance claims to ensure payments are received accurately and on time. This role works with insurance
companies, follows up on denied or outstanding claims, researches billing issues, and helps reduce outstanding balances while supporting the overall revenue cycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Required:
  
  High School Diploma or GED
• Strong Data Entry skills and attention to detail
• 2+ year previous experience in medical billing or insurance claims processing required
• Knowledge of insurance payers, claim denials, appeals, and billing software is preferred.
• Highly organized professional with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, while maintaining excellent time management.
• Ability to communicate professionally with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare staff.
