As a Care Partner, you’ll play an essential role in the daily lives of our residents. You’ll provide hands-on assistance when needed, offer companionship and encouragement, and work alongside a dedicated senior living team to create an environment where residents can thrive.

As a Care Partner, you’ll help residents live each day with comfort, dignity, and as much independence as possible. Responsibilities may include:

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as needed
• Support residents during meals and throughout their daily routines
• Provide companionship, conversation, encouragement, and meaningful engagement
• Help residents participate in activities and enjoy an active, fulfilling lifestyle
• Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate team member
• Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
• Follow individualized care plans, safety procedures, infection-control practices, and community policies
• Respond to resident needs with patience, professionalism, and compassion
• Work collaboratively with nurses, leadership, and fellow Care Partners to provide an exceptional resident experience
• Treat every resident and family member with dignity, kindness, patience, and respect

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• The ability to provide hands-on assistance while promoting resident independence
• Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, senior living, home care, or another healthcare setting is preferred
• CNA or caregiving experience is a plus
