• Prepare and cook meals for patients, staff, and visitors, following established recipes and menus
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
• Assist with meal planning, ordering, and inventory management
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure patient dietary needs are met
• Perform food-related tasks, such as washing fruits and vegetables, cooking meats, and preparing desserts
• Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and quality of food served
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff
