A prominent hospitality group in New Orleans is looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead daily operations in both commercial and private kitchens. Responsibilities include menu creation, coordinating kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar high-volume role and a degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management are preferred.
