Beverage Experience LeadA key designated person that focuses on equipment upkeep, Gold Standard team training, and enhancing beverage quality during busy times while maintaining engagement and excitement with crew.
Responsibilities- Monitor beverage equipment
- Coach team on beverage standards
- Support new product launches and provide communication for any updates
- Engage with crew
- Ensures flawless execution
- Reduces downtime and errors
- Improves speed of consistency
- Enhances communication and readiness
- Maintains excitement within the crew
- Flexible scheduling: full-time, part-time, breakfast, lunch, late nights, weekends – opportunities are available anytime
