Responsibilities
  • Support seamless arrivals and departures: greet arriving and departing guests, manage traffic flow at the lobby entrance, and assist with luggage.
  • Tag and track guest belongings: read luggage tags, issue claim tickets, and ensure accurate handling and delivery of guest items.
  • Handle guest items with care: retrieve, transport, store, and organize guest luggage, packages, and boxes from vehicles and luggage storage areas.
  • Coordinate transportation needs: arrange taxis or other guest transportation services upon request.
  • Delight our guests: bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner.
