About the Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk. This is not a role for someone who wants to delegate daily operations and manage from a distance — our GMs are visible, active, and engaged with guests and staff every single day.
If you believe great leadership means rolling up your sleeves, jumping in when needed, and knowing every corner of your operation inside and out, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do Guest Interaction- Be present on the floor — greet guests, resolve issues in real time, and ensure every guest interaction reflects hospitality excellence
- Set the tone for guest service by modeling it yourself, not just coaching it from an office
- Own day‑to‑day accounting tasks, including reconciling daily revenue and reviewing financial reports
- Manage purchasing and vendor relationships to control costs without sacrificing quality
- Oversee inventory — track, order, and manage supply levels hands‑on
- Build and manage labor schedules that match staffing to demand while controlling labor costs
- Step into any operational role as needed — front desk, housekeeping support, maintenance coordination — whatever the property needs that day
- Lead by example on the floor, not by delegating and disappearing
- Train, coach, and develop staff through direct, in‑the‑moment mentorship
- Build a culture where the GM is a visible, trusted presence — not a name on a door
- Proven experience as a GM or AGM manager in limited‑service hospitality
- Working knowledge of hotel accounting, purchasing, inventory control, and labor scheduling
- A genuine hands‑on operating style — comfortable being on the floor, not just in the office
- Strong guest‑service instincts and the ability to lead a team by doing, not just directing
We believe the best‑run properties are led by GMs who are engaged in the details — someone who knows their P&L and knows their guests by name. We don’t want a GM who delegates everything and disappears behind a desk. We want a leader who’s in it, every day, driving results through direct involvement.
