Wenzell & Fisher Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sous Chef to join our Traveling Task Force based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role requires a culinary leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is willing to travel to multiple hotel properties to support and elevate kitchen operations.
The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years as a sous chef, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for culinary excellence.
