Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our Housekeeping team as a Guest room attendant. You will deliver world-class guest experiences by maintaining exceptional room standards and ensuring every detail contributes to a welcoming environment. Through proactive service and keen attention to guest preferences, you will anticipate needs, resolve concerns, and create personalized touches that elevate the stay experience.

As an expert on hotel amenities and services, you will help guests make the most of their visit while consistently exceeding expectations.

• Clean, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure
• Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
• Provides turndown service for guests
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest

• At least one year experience working in hotel housekeeping is preferred
• Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail
• Strong communication skills

• Fast-Paced environment where attention to detail is necessary.
• Work a 40-hour, flexible work schedule that includes mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
