We are looking for an individual with an upbeat, outgoing personality to join our Front Office Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the Hospitality industry and Front Office.
The Night Audit Supervisor ensures that all night audit work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities- Oversee nightly audit:
Supervise nightly auditing, posting, and balancing of financial transactions across departments - Lead day-to-day team operations:
Create team schedules, assign tasks, lead pre‑shift meetings, and provide training, guidance, and in‑the‑moment feedback - Post and reconcile transactions:
Ensure timely posting of all revenues and reconcile the day’s financial reports and credit card systems - Monitor cashier accuracy:
Review and verify cashier reports, correcting errors and ensuring alignment with system data - Support overnight operations:
Partner with the Night Manager to handle guest issues and assist in emergency situations as needed
