- Coordinate event details with operations teams
- Forecast and report on catering revenue
- Ensure high service and presentation standards

- Blend of sales, planning, and event execution
- Collaborative culinary and banquet partners

- Catering sales or planning experience required
- Strong client service and detail orientation
