Opaa! Food Management is seeking a capable Assistant to the Director of Nutrition Services to support daily operations within a district account.
You will collaborate with the DNS to keep the program running smoothly and to ensure we meet client expectations. You will coordinate substitute staffing, manage food transport, assist with inventory, records, HACCP monitoring, catering events, and prepare monthly/board reports.
