Aloft New Orleans Downtown is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager to support the Front Office operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role supervises Guest Service Agents, handles guest concerns, and maintains brand standards.
Hours 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., on-site at the Aloft property; 1–2 years supervisory hospitality experience preferred; strong leadership, communication, and PMS/Microsoft Office skills required.
