ELIFIN seeks a Hospitality Specialist to own the hotel sector in South Louisiana. You will read STR reports against the comp set, estimate PIP exposure before the brand issues it, and explain trailing twelve with no reserve implications to owners and lenders.
Hotel experience is a hard requirement; this is not an entry-level seat. You will build a pipeline, travel regionally, and work directly with owners, lenders, and brands to maximize value.
