The Warbler is a new 58-room boutique hotel opening on New Orleans’ historic St. Charles Avenue, home to Mildred’s Restaurant & Bar, a café, and a rooftop bar. Learn more at . We’re hiring a Night Auditor to run our overnight Front Desk and nightly audits ahead of our September 2026 opening — reporting to the Guest Service Supervisor and serving as Manager on Duty overnight.
What You’ll Do- Perform nightly audits and complete daily reports, balanced to zero
- Run the overnight Front Desk — check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest accounts
- Serve as Manager on Duty overnight, working confidently and independently
- Effectively handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with warmth and follow-through
- Communicate clearly with the morning team for a seamless shift handoff
- High school diploma or equivalent, ideally with front desk, hospitality, or basic accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Comfortable working independently overnight; boutique or lifestyle hotel experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and composure under pressure
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
$18.00 per hour | Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt) | New Orleans, LA
