The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing all operational departments of the hotel, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Breakfast, and Security. This position plays a critical leadership role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, team engagement, and compliance with all IHG brand standards.

The Director of Operations primarily works mid-shift and evening shifts to provide leadership coverage during peak operational periods, ensuring smooth coordination among departments and rapid resolution of guest and operational issues. The position serves as the acting hotel leader in the absence of the General Manager and is responsible for maintaining service excellence, driving team performance, and supporting the hotel's financial and operational objectives.
