Highgate Hotels is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to maximize rooms revenue and manage day-to-day reservations operations at a New Orleans property. The role oversees inventory, staff actions, and adherence to Revenue Strategy SOPs while ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate reporting.
You will coordinate with revenue, front desk, and sales teams, maintain rate integrity, and ensure staff is trained on PMS tools and corporate programs.
