Description
Area Food and Beverage Director
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Food and Beverage Director to lead the food and beverage operations across multiple hotel properties. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence. Join our team and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate food and beverage operations across two or more hotel properties to ensure consistency and high standards
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and manage F&B management teams, including restaurant managers, banquet managers, and culinary staff
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to meet revenue and profit targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus, promotions, and special events that enhance guest experience and revenue
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Analyze guest feedback and market trends to continuously improve service quality and offerings
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional development, and high employee morale
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an F&B Director or similar leadership experience, preferably within a resort, hotel, or destination property
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, menu development, including restaurant, and catering services
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and operational initiatives
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
