Area Food and Beverage Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Food and Beverage Director to lead the food and beverage operations across multiple hotel properties. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate food and beverage operations across two or more hotel properties to ensure consistency and high standards
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction
Lead, motivate, and manage F&B management teams, including restaurant managers, banquet managers, and culinary staff
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to meet revenue and profit targets
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus, promotions, and special events that enhance guest experience and revenue
Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
Analyze guest feedback and market trends to continuously improve service quality and offerings
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional development, and high employee morale

Skills and

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an F&B Director or similar leadership experience, preferably within a resort, hotel, or destination property
Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, menu development, including restaurant, and catering services
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and operational initiatives
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
