Fairmont New Orleans seeks a Front Desk Agent/Royal Service Agent to welcome guests, process registrations, and coordinate guest services in a luxury setting. You will manage check-ins/check-outs, communicate hotel offerings, and support guest relations to ensure an exceptional stay.
Proficiency in English, a professional appearance, and teamwork are essential. Experience in high-end hospitality and Opera PMS is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.
