About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic, outgoing, and service-focused hospitality professional to join our growing TEAM as a Front Desk Agent
.

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll play a crucial role in creating exceptional guest experiences. Your genuine smile, infectious enthusiasm, attentive service, and passion for hospitality will help set the tone for an unforgettable stay.

Schedule
  • Primarily 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts
  • Weekends and holidays are required
  • Flexible availability is strongly preferred
Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Agent, you will:

  • Welcome and engage with guests throughout their stay
  • Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
  • Manage guest information and reservations
  • Assign rooms and distribute keys
  • Answer guest questions and general inquiries
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide recommendations and assistance to enhance the guest experience
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized front desk environment
  • Support the TEAM in delivering exceptional hospitality every day
What We're Looking For
  • Prior front desk experience in a branded or luxury hotel environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right customer-service professional
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and reading comprehension
  • Strong computer and software skills
  • Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is beneficial
  • Experience with hotel-specific platforms such as OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, or Slack is a plus
  • Fluency in English required;
    Spanish or additional language skills are highly preferred
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to communicate technical or professional information effectively, both verbally and in writing
