Here’s what you'll do during a typical day
  • Support seamless arrivals and departures:
    Greet arriving and departing guests, manage traffic flow at the lobby entrance, and assist with luggage
  • Tag and track guest belongings:
    Read luggage tags, issue claim tickets, and ensure accurate handling and delivery of guest items
  • Handle guest items with care:
    Retrieve, transport, store, and organize guest luggage, packages, and boxes from vehicles and luggage storage areas
  • Coordinate transportation needs:
    Arrange taxis or other guest transportation services upon request
  • Delight our guests:
    Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner
