Property Manager

Responsible for the successful overall direction, administration, and coordination of all activities at the property, in accordance with the policies and objectives established by the Director -- Food & Beverage, with the ultimate objective to provide the maximum profit and return on investment in alignment with the Mission and Objectives of Coushatta Casino Resort, and in full accordance with all operational policies and procedures.

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Minimum three to five years management experience preferred.

Special Qualifications:

Must possess a valid driver's license, as well as maintaining a good driving record. Must be able to acquire and maintain sanitation certificate. Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills required. Must be flexible with working hours. Must be a people person and be able to come up with creative ideas. Advanced Food & Beverage knowledge.
