As a Housekeeping Assistant at Bromley Court Hotel, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of guest bedrooms and public areas. You will ensure that our guests experience a high standard of comfort and cleanliness during their stay. This is a hands‑on role suited for individuals who are detail‑oriented, hardworking, and take pride in creating a welcoming environment.

• Clean and prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the hotel’s high standards.
• Replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens.
• Ensure corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean and tidy.
• Report any maintenance issues or lost property to the appropriate department.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Work efficiently and within allocated time frames to meet housekeeping schedules.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to guests when required.
• Adhere to the hotel’s procedures for handling linen and cleaning supplies.
• Support colleagues and assist in other areas of the housekeeping department as needed.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical fitness – the role involves standing, bending, and lifting.
