Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Human Resources Associate role based in Schriever, LA. The Human Resources Associate will assist in managing HR operations, supporting employee development, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include providing HR support to team members, facilitating communication between departments, and implementing company HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
  • 2+ years prior experience in HR or related roles
  • Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and general Human Resources functions
  • Experience in Training & Development, including coordinating and conducting employee training programs
  • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with team members and management
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain professional discretion
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and policies is a plus
