We are seeking a motivated 1099 Commission-Only Sourcer/Recruiter based in the Greater New Orleans area. This is a remote opportunity with the flexibility to work part-time or full-time, depending on your availability and goals.

While daily work is remote, we require a weekly in-person one-on-one meeting to:

• Review open job orders
• Evaluate sourcing activity
• Discuss candidate pipeline
• Set placement goals and strategy

• Access to sourcing tools and recruiting platforms
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) access
• Open job requisitions across multiple industries

You focus on sourcing and recruiting — we handle the infrastructure.

• Source candidates using provided tools and platforms
• Conduct initial candidate screenings
• Submit qualified candidates to open roles
• Maintain consistent candidate communication
• Track pipeline and sourcing activity
• Attend weekly in-person meetings in the New Orleans area

• Previous recruiting or sourcing experience preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and performance-driven
• Able to work independently
• Based in the Greater New Orleans area
• Organized and accountable
