If you know how to recruit skilled trade professionals, build strong candidate relationship, and consistently fill difficult positions, we want to hear from you.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in the Marine, Shipbuilding, Industrial, Manufacturing, Construction, or Skilled Trade Industries.
Proven track record of successful placements. We are looking for recruiters who can demonstrate their ability to consistently fill positions and exceed recruiting goals.
Experience recruiting positions such as:
Structural Welders, Pipe Welders, Shipfitters, Marine Electricians, Riggers,Machinists, Painter/Blaster, Industrial helpers, Foreman, and other skilled trades.
Responsibilities Source and recruit qualified skilled trades professionals.
Conduct interviews and candidate screenings.
Coordinate testing, onboarding, and start dates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
Partner with clients to meet hiring deadlines.
Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining quality and urgency.
Qualifications Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Experience using recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced enviroment.
