POSITION PURPOSE

The Human Resources Partner serves as the primary HR resource for assigned departments, providing both strategic and day-to-day support across the employee lifecycle. This role partners with leaders and employees to support talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The Human Resources Partner builds strong relationships across the organization, identifies workforce needs, and delivers HR solutions that support employee success and business objectives.

ESSENTIAL

FUNCTIONS
  • Serve as the primary Human Resources partner for assigned departments, providing strategic and day-to-day support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Build strong partnerships with leaders and employees to understand workforce needs, enhance employee experience, and support business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, employee development, and policy interpretation.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, and workplace concerns.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and hiring recommendations.
  • Facilitate performance management processes and support leaders in driving accountability, employee growth, and organizational performance.
  • Support employee engagement, talent development, retention, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities and recommend solutions that improve employee and business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws while escalating complex or high-risk matters as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and employee records, process HR transactions, and support the implementation of HR programs and organizational initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Experience in employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and HR program administration.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and influence leaders and employees.
Preferred:
  • Manufacturing or operations environment experience.
  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations.
  • Experience with workforce planning, succession planning, or talent management programs.
  • Experience using HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK/TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Position is full time, exempt.

Travel is less than 10%.
