Reports To: Human Resources Manager (or designated department leader)

Position Summary: The Credentialing Specialist is responsible fore manning and administering all credentialing processes for employees, coaches, players, contractors, vendors, media personnel, game-day staff, and visitors requiring access to New Orleans Saints / Pelicans facilities and events. This role ensures compliance with NFL security requirements, organizational policies, and stadium access protocols whilemaintainingaccuraterecords and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage the end-to-end credentialing process for team personnel, contractors, vendors, and guests.
• Create, issue, renew, revoke, and trackidentificationbadges and access credentials.
• Ensure compliance with NFL security policies and stadium access requirements.
• Coordinategame-day, training camp, and special event credentialing operations.
• Maintain secure credential databases and produce compliance reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for credential-related inquiries.

• 2+ years of credentialing, security administration, HR administration, or event operations experience.
• Sports or entertainment industry experience preferred.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and provide excellent customer service.

• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days.
• Occasional travel may be required.
