STRIVE, a national workforce development nonprofit, seeks an Employment Specialist to support its New Orleans programs. In-person role, Monday–Friday in STRIVE’s NOLA office and in the field, providing job development, employer liaison, and coaching to students and graduates.
You will schedule mock interviews, pre-screen candidates, develop employer opportunities, cultivate relationships with HR teams, and maintain STRIVE's CRM records to track placements and outcomes toward monthly goals.
