What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter at SRS, you’ll develop business, build candidate pipelines, and guide top talent through their next career move – all within a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and connect with decision-makers through strategic outreach and referrals
• Champion career moves: position opportunities as high-impact, not just “jobs”
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through smart sourcing and real conversations
• Conduct interviews to assess skillset, track record, and cultural fit
• Manage expectations, communicate clearly, and deliver results that drive repeat business
