Human Resources Generalist

Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Direct Hire

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a growing manufacturing operation in the Delaware County area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing safety and training initiatives with hands-on HR administrative and clerical responsibilities
.

• Partner with leadership and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance
• Assist with safety initiatives, hazard identification, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and workforce training
• Support recruiting efforts including screening and interviewing candidates
• Manage HRIS data entry, personnel files, and benefits administration
• Respond to employee concerns and assist with investigations as needed
• Represent the organization in unemployment claims
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality
• Provide front office support including greeting visitors when needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• 1–2 years of HR experience required
• Working knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with solid data entry and computer proficiency
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
