Premium Staffing Coordinator

The Role

The Premium Staffing Coordinator is an integral part of delivering our promise to our customers and clients at one of our iconic venues. The Premium Staffing Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the company venues are fully staffed for all events. Moreover, the staffing coordinator will also support all other staffing-related functions. The staffing coordinator will work with both the operations team and human resources departments as applicable.

• Work with human resources and operations managers to coordinate and schedule both new hire orientation and retraining classes.
• Maintain training logs.
• Partner with operators to determine staffing levels during events.
• Develop and execute detailed suite assignment matrices and schedules.
• Provide critical on‑site support during events / real‑time deployment changes.
• Answer phones.
• Interact with staff and resolve staffing‑related issues.
• Partner with other managers, as necessary.
• Assist with and further develop event day employee "check‑in" processes and procedures.
• Work with management to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Work with Staffing Office personnel and operations team to ensure all event staffing levels are met.
• Close events by reconciling premium suite gratuities and tips.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Location:

On Site (Caesars Superdome, New Orleans, LA).
