Recruiter, HR Representative

• Assist in the administration of HR functions, with a primary focus on managing the employee lifecycle and onboarding of new employees
• Staff current openings and implement recruiting and staffing strategies to attract qualified talent
• Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on role requirements, industry standards, and organizational needs
• Build and maintain an industry and marketplace presence through job fairs, community network events, social media, and virtual and onsite career fairs
• Manage talent acquisition, including candidate search, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates about application status
• Own and execute onboarding for new hires, including orientation, paperwork collection, and HRIS and training-system entry
• Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs, roles, and hiring criteria
• Assist with developing and revising job specifications and descriptions
• Oversee preparation of interview questions and hiring and selection materials
• Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager during onboarding, including tracking incentives, start dates, and related details
• Schedule background checks, drug screens, reference checks, and credential vetting
• Work with placement agencies during recruitment
• Conduct exit interviews and terminate employee privileges to maintain security

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
• At least three years of related recruiting experience required
• Two years of high-volume or manufacturing recruiting preferred

Demonstrates expertise in talent acquisition, including candidate search, screening, and onboarding processes. Proficient in developing recruiting strategies and maintaining effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
