Big Grove is seeking an HR Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of Human Resources across multiple locations. You will manage HRIS data integrity, benefits operations, onboarding/offboarding controls, payroll-related audits, and recurring reporting with scalable processes.
You will partner with the Director of HR, payroll, recruiting, and location leaders to ensure compliant, efficient HR workflows and a strong employee experience across our multi-state organization.
