Rome Grinding Solutions is looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist to support and strengthen the organization by developing and executing HR strategies that align with company goals, ensuring legal compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting employee growth to drive overall business success.
Responsibilities:- Strategic HR planning and workforce development
- Recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
- Employee relations and conflict resolution
- Performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Compensation and benefits administration
- HR policies, compliance, and legal adherence
- Organizational development and diversity initiatives
- HR Data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or 3+ years of HR experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience with HRIS and ERP systems preferred
