KREWE is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, to support the recruitment team by managing candidate logistics, maintaining recruitment databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Own all interview scheduling and coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and the Head of Recruitment, including calendar invites, logistics, and scheduling changes.
- Own full lifecycle recruitment for all associate-level positions and management level based on Head of TA capacity.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Keep the Head of Recruitment informed of candidate and hiring manager communication, interview updates, delays, feedback, and next steps.
- Manage Rippling administration, including reviewing and filtering applications, updating candidate profiles, moving candidates through interview stages, and maintaining accurate statuses.
- Ensure candidate profiles include all necessary resumes, scorecards, interview notes, references, projects, portfolios, and relevant documents or links.
- Own the administrative process for posting, updating, and closing open jobs in Rippling and applicable recruiting channels.
- Maintain all recruiting trackers and working documents, ensuring candidate stages, interviews, feedback, and next steps are consistently up to date.
- Proactively follow up with hiring managers on outstanding feedback and flag scheduling or process delays to the Head of Recruitment.
- Coordinate candidate travel as needed and provide general administrative support to the Head of Recruitment and recruiting team.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, or a similar role.
- Experience working with an ATS;
Rippling experience is a plus. - Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, candidate-focused approach.
