Data Architect / Database Lead - New Orleans, LA

Ellumen is seeking an experienced Data Architect / Database Lead to support the Navy's MyNavy Human Resources (HR) enterprise. Services include the sustainment, modernization, enhancement, cybersecurity, and operational support of mission-critical HR, manpower, and personnel systems.
Role SummaryProvides leadership for data architecture, database design, and data management supporting manpower and personnel systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design and maintain secure, scalable data architectures.
- Oversee database performance, integrity, and availability.
- Support data integration, reporting, and analytics needs.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of database and data architecture experience in federal environment.
- Experience supporting enterprise HR or personnel data systems.
- US Citizenship with ability to obtain federal clearance (active clearance preferred)
