Salary: $145, per year

• Over 8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 within enterprise settings
• In-depth understanding of Microsofts product advancements, particularly Copilot and the AI agent ecosystem
• Proficient at converting technical release notes into accessible business communication
• Strong writing and presentation abilities tailored for training teams and operational stakeholders
• Track record of facilitating the rollout or adoption of new M365 features, regardless of technical involvement
• Excellent consulting skills with the capacity to deliver clarity swiftly
• Preferred qualifications include experience with Digital Workplace transformation, M365 change management, or collaboration with Microsoft partners
• Familiarity with clinical or hospital operational workflows is beneficial
• Relevant certifications such as MS-900, AZ-900, MS-102, PL-300, and PL-600 are preferred

• Monitor announcements from Microsoft 365 and Copilot, including blogs, message center updates, and feature rollouts
• Summarize new capabilities clearly, detailing their implications for Ochsner
• Prepare structured briefs for IS Education and training teams specifying:
  • Whats new
  • Who is affected
  • Necessary training modifications
  • Required communications
• Collaborate with the Digital Workforce to identify high-impact new features suitable for piloting or deployment
• Aid in developing scenarios for Copilot and new Microsoft agents
• Ensure the organization remains proactive with Microsofts monthly and quarterly release schedules
• Align insights on new features with clinical, administrative, and frontline workflows on a conceptual level
• Produce executive-ready summaries for the Director of Digital Workplace
