We are seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to architect and manage the scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud foundations required for the next generation of Copado's agentic experiences. As the platform transitions from a Salesforce-based solution to a modular, cloud-native architecture, this role is essential in providing the underlying infrastructure for forking the Essentials CI/CD tool and integrating it into the Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) stack.

Leveraging expert‑level knowledge of AWS (primary) alongside experience in GCP or Azure/ADO, you will design the infrastructure that supports Java and Python backend services, AWS Step Functions, and complex Git Lab pipelines. The ultimate goal is to deliver a resilient and intelligent cloud foundation.

• Architect and deploy scalable, modular cloud infrastructure on AWS, enabling seamless evolution of Copado's next‑generation platform.
• Provide the underlying infrastructure required to successfully fork the Essentials CI/CD tool and integrate it into the Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) technology stack, supporting the platform's transition to a modular, cloud-native architecture.
• Architect and implement sophisticated AWS Step Functions and serverless workflows to ensure reliable, scalable execution of complex CI/CD and testing processes across the platform.
• Enhance delivery speed and reliability by implementing high-performance Git Lab pipelines and containerized microservices with Kubernetes orchestration, reducing time-to-production and improving deployment security.
• Implement comprehensive logging, metrics, and error tracking across AWS and secondary environments (GCP/Azure) to proactively identify issues, reduce production incidents, and ensure system reliability.
• Design and configure high-performance environments required to run Copado's internal AI platform (Copilot/Cursor) and support agentic workflows that power intelligent automation and developer productivity.
• Lead the adoption and standardization of IaC patterns (Terraform, Cloud Formation) to ensure functional consistency, security, and repeatability of environments across all product lines.
• Drive measurable gains in system responsiveness and scalability through infrastructure-level optimizations including caching strategies, efficient data routing, reduced latency, and intelligent resource allocation.

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Architecture, or Dev Ops, including deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code for complex, distributed systems.
• Cloud Mastery (AWS/GCP/Azure):
  Expert in AWS services (primary), with strong proficiency in GCP or Azure (ADO) for multi‑cloud deployments.
• Containerization & Orchestration:
  Advanced experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) for managing large‑scale, modular enterprise applications.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
  Deep knowledge of automating cloud management to ensure secure and consistent delivery pipelines.
• Networking & Security:
  Expertise in designing secure VPCs, IAM roles, and ensuring cloud-native security compliance (e.g., FedRAMP).
• CI/CD & Dev Ops Automation:
  Mastery of Git, Git Lab pipelines, and automation tools for secure and automated delivery.
• Backend Awareness:
  Familiarity with Java (Spring Boot), Python, and Node.js to align infrastructure with engineering requirements.
